There comes a time in our lives when everything seems wrong, broken and out of place and we long for that Word of comfort but because His grace abounds and there’s such a thing called ‘set time’, God looks through our records, though sloppy, shady and maybe it even got spiders webbing their way through it, but then, God out of His infinite mercies decides to throw us a party and sends us a gift; King Solomon’s Mine.

Many have lived their whole lives on earth without a special visitation from God, not because He doesn’t want to, but they really haven’t invited Him in and quite frankly, they have all to lose.

Had a terrible past but the beauty of it all is that it’s giving birth to an amazing future. That’s what grace can do.

We all make mistakes but we shouldn’t dwell on them. As a matter of fact, we are nothing without our past so rather than regretting your mistakes, be thankful for them because they define who we are.

We are all at some point left with a choice; the choice to refrain from our old selfish and ungodly ways or to sell our soul to the devil and enjoy burning in hell but I made the right one. I chose eternity!

You know, I got on my knees after that horrible heartbreak in 2012 and confessed Him as my Lord and saviour but that doesn’t necessarily mean I’ve been faithful. As a matter of fact, I’ve been a hypocrite travelling the distance. But you know what, I’m not ashamed to accept I’m a sinner and find my way back into His loving and forgiving arms. That’s what brokenness will do.

I’m a work in progress and will always be. We are only qualified by His grace. The bloodshed on the cross of Calvary made the difference and that I’ll forever be thankful for.

Who am I?? A grown man who has missed his way on several occasions despite how glaring the road sign was. Life tries to teach us but many of us choose to learn the hard way and that of course, I don’t regret because they sum up my beautiful story.

Have I lost the time? Yes, and we do every day till we allow the Holy Spirit to be our timekeeper and ring that bell when the angels assemble, it’s about to be a wonderful time, make it your best yet.

I am Falaiye Kolawole Oluwaseun Solomon, CEO King Solomon’s Mine, I’m a writer, blogger, motivational speaker and educator. I hail from the western part of Nigeria, Akure in Ondo State precisely and I welcome you all to my world.

King Solomon’s Mine is a vision that was given to me while locked up in a place called Lindela in South Africa due to an overstay that was caused by the killings of local internationals due to the xenophobic attacks going on in the country at the time and I must admit I went through hell, as my freedom was taken from me and locked up as a refugee but today I’m thankful because it gave birth to my FUTURE.

You know, I’ve been through a lot in life, made a lot of wrong choices and bad friends that affected by growth on every side and now that I’ve been saved by GRACE and can see the light, King Solomon’s Mine is my little way of giving back to the younger generation to help them make better choices and thrive.

… So help me God!
