Who decides what beauty is?
The World Health Organization has recently reported that Nigerians are the highest users of skin bleaching creams: 77 per cent of Nigerian women use the products on a regular basis. Nigeria is followed by Togo with 59 per cent; South Africa with 35 per cent; and Mali with 25 per cent. What is wrong with being black?
Slavery and colonialism may have left the shores of Africa physically but our people are under a great siege of the mind. The narrative that WHITE is Angelic and BLACK is evil, demonic and the devil himself is not only a wicked religious manipulation but it also serves a great economic purpose.
Who makes the bleaching creams that African women now use to turn themselves into white angels? So you see.....
Africans are in the greatest battle of their life. How?
Michael Jackson was born black but he died white, why? White is Good/Angel, Black is a shame/disgrace.
May be you don't know but there is a powerful agenda strategically orchestrated for the black race, where everything that makes MEANING to Africans must come from Europe and America. Our women want to look like the Hollywood stars forgetting their African heritage, how i wish some knew that we are the cradle of Human civilization but today we beg the world to feed us with all manner of junk.
So My dear beautiful African slaying Queens/Sisters/Baes as you bleach yourselves to become like the stars you see in Hollywood, don't forget that your old photograph of when were a 7yrs old cute little girl is somewhere in the house.
By the time you completely turned 45yrs looking like Angelina Jolie, looking back you will be the one to pass a vote of confidence on yourself and I hope when your GrandMother/Mother sees her little girl, she truly will be proud of the woman you have become.
